Just fill thumbnail form (http://freeblogbusiness.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/03/hybrid-post-setting.jpg) with url of thumnail picture,..

You must upload Hybrid and hybrid news (child theme) in wp-content/theme directory,..
can you tell me blog URL? so i can see your problem
